Does anyone ever use ARAM Skin Boost?

I play my fair share of ARAM and have only seen two Skin Boosts since it was added... and I was the one to activate the skin boosts.

I am genuinely curious as to why it is seemingly never used.

I get them every now and then (or give them) but it doesn't help me since i have them all already (or 99% of the skins and the ones i don't own it won't unlock)

I get it for some of my games every once in a while if I have extra rp on my account that I wasn't planning on using for anything at the moment. I think it is a neat thing even if it is kinda a waste of rp. But I noticed most people really appreciate it and that is nice to see :P
