Who Keeps Down Voting Champion Concepts?

I don't care about the down vote, i care that they don't even bother to leave a comment as to why... If you just down vote without leaving a comment I just assume you are either out to get me personally or you are jealous, but it still irks me that you don't have the balls to tell me why you disliked my work. I don't create concepts just so some ass can skim through it find one thing he doesnt like then down votes, i do it because its fun to write and see what others think of my writing whether good or bad. There use to be a real nice community for this... I notice sooo many concepts with more down votes then comments, so i just go around up voting them all.

Whoever keeps going around down voting at least comment why you down vote.

It's probably your fellow champion concept creators trying to make theirs look better by being the only one with a positive vote count. They think if their score is better than others then Riot will pay attention to it. They are just sad, misguided fools.

And most people don't want to comment. Forcing them to is just stupid. That would easily result in 2 things; A) People commenting gibberish or insults so they can put their downvote, and B) People simply not voting.
