About what Riot's doing with Runes...

I don't know why I shouldn't be unhappy with this change. I do see good with lowering the price of tear 1 and 2 runes but at the end of the day, they are still going to be there and you did waist some hard earned IP on it. I'm right now thinking of new players (who will not have a pro constantly telling them "this is what you do" and "that's not smart". They will still feel cheated.)

I don't know why I did, but I got tear 2 runes. With the price being lowered and all, can't I get a refund for those runes. They use to be 410 - 820 IP and are now 100 (for quints) and 80 - 330 IP for anything else to just 35. I could really use that IP to get some more champions. It was stuff like runes and IP icons that held me back from that. (Not saying I regret the icons.) I could easily get back more than 2000 IP from what I spent on them.

I also want to ask you guys to reconsider the Rune-Combiner. It's job was to get rid of old Runes, but in a way that gave us better ones. You never even bothered to fix it... I've had to restart my server because it'd just stay on the combiner page and I can't do anything about it.
