would be fun if there weren't so many assholes and trolls :( can we ban them permanently from these game modes? like "you were reported for being toxic in One For All, while this is just a fun side game mode it is still meant to be enjoyed by all players, so to prevent further toxicity you have been banned from One For All and all future side game modes"

The whole point is to have fun not throw a bitch fit because you didn't get the champion you wanted, i dont like some of your picks but i still play them...

Edit: I've been informed that permabanned from all future Featured Game Modes is a bit harsh so maybe just the current one and the next one. Then if you are toxic again you are permabanned, screw your chance to reform you had your chance and blew it.

Bit less punishment... maybe like warned the first time then permabanned from that gamemode, but not future ones in case they become better. I can tell you I used to be toxic af but now most people I meet love me just because I'm really outgoing around them(actually just use DST and rage in my head :3 but it works so).

Nope permabanned from that game mode, why give them a chance to ruin another game? Maybe not all future games -_- just the current one and the next one... meh i think there is no reason to reform if you are not toxic in the first place :I its like how i will never go to jail because i dont break the rules in the first place (not out of respect for the law or whatever, but because prison doesnt sound like a lot of fun and it would put a lot of strain on my family), if everyone thought that way the world would be a better place.... so would league...

You can't tell me you've never raged in a game before. And if you've played more than a few featured mode games then I assume there's been at least one game you've raged in. One game shouldn't permaban you from everything, you can reform or maybe you just got a little ticked or heck, what if somebody trolls and just random reports you for no reason or maybe because you reported them or they just don't like you?

I tend not to rage in chat, if i am mad or feeling angry i usually just say it in my head or sometimes out loud. I actually rage quite often because a lot of the people who play this game act so immature and stupid, i honestly can not stand people being stupid. Being ignorant, as in not knowing or understanding something at first is not what pisses me off. Its knowing that what you are doing is stupid, bad, selfish, not going to work, etc and still doing it anyways is what pisses me off. Still though no matter how often it happens or how many people are doing it i very rarely rage at them. I will respond to toxic comments directed at me though, if i get banned or reported for it then so be it, i knew it was a risk when i responded. If a passing Red happens to see this comment id love for you to point out a moment where ive been overly toxic or deserving of punishment, if i am wrong then feel free to punish.

And that is the key word right there- "rarely." That implies you still rage every once in awhile. Now, just because you rage ONCE, once out of maybe 100 games, but because it was in a featured gamemode you've now been banned permanently from playing ANY featured gamemode. How does that make you feel?

mmmmnah that was just not said correctly, i never rage at someone but i do make sarcastic remarks. I didnt want to say never because i was thinking about comments like "really..." and "why would you do that..." which aren't really toxic but its not positive either. Its not raging though.

where did i say once? i just said if you get reported the ban should be banned from Featured game modes.

So its if you are reported for being toxic, then you are banned from Featured Gamemodes forever. That makes no sense anyway. I could just go around reporting everyone I see for being toxic and now everyone I just did is never allowed to play a featured gamemode on that account.

It should be like after several games of being reported for toxicity, maybe like 3 within 5-10 games, and then they're banned from that gamemode specifically. Maybe like, after 2 reports within 3-7 games they get a warning so they'll either reform or risk a ban.

However not every featured gamemode. That would be stupid.

Ok well obviously i meant if you are reported and Riot sees is as a ban-able. If they see it as ban-able it means its not your first report. Its impossible to have conversations on this board because no one thinks beyond what someone says, they need to be told every little thing... I think its pretty obvious what i meant...

It was not in fact obvious. When you say "you were reported" that refers to one, not multiple times. Nor does it mean that Riot deemed it ban worthy. Specify next time its not that hard and clears things up a lot.

Either way I don't think all featured gamemodes still. That one or maybe that one and the next at max.

Or maybe you can just think ahead, i dont know why you would think riot would ban someone off of 1 report... it would be several reports from several games...

Clarify next time. Its simple as typing "after one ban on a featured gamemode, you're banned permanently from all other featured gamemodes." Now is it really that hard to clarify? Because I thought you were serious, other people did as well. So no, it isn't just thinking ahead.

Some times you dont think of the right way to say things or maybe in your head it makes sense and you forget you need to spell things out for people. Another thing missed in my thread is the lack of seriousness, i was clearly mad and not in a mood to care about semantics.

Anyways its not like i really mean for this to happen, but i do honestly think Riot should implement some sort of punishment in these Featured Game Modes. Part of the reason they become less popular so quickly after release is because very few people are trying to play.

Exactly, so you weren't thinking and made a mistake. I wasn't accusing you of being stupid, just saying that the idea you posted wouldn't work, then when you corrected yourself you said it was easily understandable when it wasn't.

And I still agree there should be a punishment, I never said otherwise, but what you suggested and what I was against was extreme and way too harsh.

The biggest problem I've seen yet is the amount of people that dodge the game when they dont have the champion they want. For exemple i got 2 dodge when we got ziggs for some reasons and i still want to try him out at least once

oh my dodge all you want i dont care, but if we get into a game you need to play... like winning isnt the goal, its to have fun. For everyone to have fun you actually need to play the game, you cant feed, or afk, run around the map doing nothing, etc... Id rather dodge 100 games then play 1 more with these asshole trolls.

so you want people to get banned for being upset they didnt get the champ they want, but NOT for peopel to get banend for DELIBERELTY taking a troll picjk, or a pick you cant play?

like i got into a game where my entire team picked velkoz, and i didnt want to play vel becuase hes not fun to play with. so i pretty much jsut screwwed around and my team accused me of trolling, and the enemy team (all leblancs) accused me of beign bad, 10 seconds later i went directly after the most fed person on the enemy team and killed them, then proceeded to hunt down and kill EVERYONE. we ended up forfieting the game, but i ended with the MOST KILLS ON MY TEAM, with nothign but a chalice and deathcap.

the idea was to show everyone i was goofing off becuase i didnt want the champ, and if i had plaeyd seriously then it woudltn haev been fun for ANYONE.

i then got reported for having a negative attitude, after i single hadnedly went form goofing around and half trolling, to suddenly being the bes tplayer ont he team, becuas ei CHOSE to.

WRONG! I want people to get banned for purposely losing when they dont get the champion they want. Its One For All, people pick random funny things, its meant to be enjoyed. If a champion is not enjoyable then surrender but don't give up before the game starts and dont intentionally lose to make the game go faster...

Ok goofing around and shit is not what im talking about... Im talking about intentionally feeding and just generally trying to lose... You should be removed from the Featured Game Modes for this. You can't act like a child and ruin other peoples fun because you didnt get what you want.

oh ok, so im a dick for goofing around when i dont get the champ i want, but the people who deliberelty take champs people cant play, dont have setups for, and are literally BEGGED not to take shouldnt be banned? if i go into one for all i dont want to face a team of 5 darius vs 5 bards, we woudl have a betetr chance of winning if we lal afk'd in that case.

it goes both ways, throwwing a game on purpose beucas eyou didnt get the champ youw ant is bad, but deliberetly taking champs to ruin the game with is jsut as bad, if not worse, becuase now you are stuck in a game with a champ you cant play, have no chance of winning with, and if you try and leave YOU get punished and not the troll who took the troll champ pick and won the lottery pick.

and yeah, i have had games where peopel pulled this shit. i had a game where 3 people picked 1 champ, and one guy picked zac. and even though we had a majority vote, the game picked zac and only one person out of 4 knew how to play and he deliberetly screwwed us and then reported us all for feeding. he told peopel to build all AP, or all MR vs an all AD team and we ended up losing, BADLY. and then we all got pusnihed for "intentionally feeding". and he got off scott free when he did it all on purpose.

If there is no majority pick its fair game, just because YOU dont want a champ doesn't mean EVERYONE doesnt want that champ. Yea ive gotten games before that I didnt like, Lux is one everyone does and its boring now because you win, Sona was probably the least fun Ive had. I always tried though, i didnt purposely feed (unlike my toxic teammates) i didn't goof off in a way that would lead us to lose. We all have a shot at getting the champion we want, only children throw a fit for not getting what they want. I guess thats what this community is, a bunch of little children.

you might wnat to take another look, so long as theres a majority vote on any one champ the game sets the other champs at a 0% chance to be picked. if 3 people want champ A it doesnt say 60%, it sayd MAJORITY. if only 3 people vote at all and 2 vote, it says MAJORITY. and a MAJORITY vote has a 100% chance to be picked and everything else has a 0% chance.

See that part? Its the very first line in my comment... yea now dont you feel stupid...

besides if MAJORITY wants champ A but you do not, then you cant complain... more people wanted Champ A then people who didnt... even if only 1 person picks, the act of not choosing means you dont care and therefore have no voice in whether you wanted to play that champ or not. If everyone picks a different champion then you all have an equal chance at getting your champ and you cant complain if its not yours, thats how chance works...

To simplify my comment so there is no misunderstanding: IF MAJORITY WANT CHAMP A, THEN MORE PEOPLE WANT CHAMP A THAN THOSE WHO DONT. YOU CANT COMPLAIN. IF THERE IS NO MAJORITY IT IS AN EQUAL SHOT BETWEEN ALL CHAMPS PICKED OR THOSE WITH THE MOST VOTES, AGAIN YOU CAN NOT COMPLAIN.

I think it would be cool if they treated featured game modes as a reward for well behaved people. Like how they did with end of season rewards. Chat restricted players and people banned within the last X amount of time cant participate in the temp game modes.

I think everyone deserves to play them, they are fun and can really change peoples moods. My problem with the people who treat this either like a normal and are too set on winning and those who dont even try to play they just want to fuck with their teammates.
