I would really like to be able to leave a match before it even begins with no penalties. It not only benefits me but the team I would be with would also not have to have me. And it would be for just Normals. I know how it would sound if we said Ranked so I would rather not cross that bridge.

I'm not saying Normals are less important, but I would rather someone who can't play a game with my team to be able to leave with no consequences. If I were to dodge, I'd have a 5 minute penalty. I also don't see how or why you will have a bad experience from Dodgers. If they leave, that's nothing to you. Stop shoving your "if you click Play then you're stuck" malarkey down my throat.
Which is worse? • Someone clicking Play, you get to champion select, but they have to stop and go (reasons) and you get put back into Queue and wait from 20 seconds to 4 minutes for another chance to get into select, and have a better chance of winning? • Someone clicking Play, you get into champion select, you all select your places, but somewhere in between the load and the middle to end of the game, they leave, and you pretty much might lose?
My reason for having it is so that I don't get put with trolls, people who harass, or don't get along with others well.
It's just not unenjoyable having so much restraint on a Free to Play game where you go in for 15–50 minutes when I could spare myself the trouble with a dodge. And it doesn't even have to restart the select. You can just sit and wait for someone to join.
Team Builder has a dodge button yet no one complains about it.
But, if I play a random select match and get put with people who just want to do something stupid then I should have a choice other than a penalty.
