Possible Boosting....and even Possible Hacking

I wish we could put peoples names out there without these mods deleting posts. Something wasnt right about this Bard in my last game. I was top lane and I was wondering why our bot lane was having so much trouble. Then I see Bards stats.

Then I also noticed that every time Bard would cast his stun, his mastery would show over his head even before the cast was finished. Is it possible to link your mastery symbol to one of your abilities so that 1 button shows your mastery and casts the spell at the same time? No way this guy has that quick of fingers to cast the spell and the mastery before the spell cast is finished.

Ok so then after game I look at his profile and see this

He has this current win streak and is B4. No way this guy can be this good and be only B4. i think its a obvious boost but hacking too?

As far as the mastery thing is concerned, it's quite possible that the player has a mouse that has a lot of extra buttons on the side, and he bound the mastery symbol to one of those buttons. This would allow the player to easily show the mastery symbol as soon as he casts a spell. There could very well be a lot of other legal ways to do this as well, so I wouldn't be concerned too much about this.

Now, if you think that boosting is being done here, you can submit a support ticket for it. There you are able to include as much information as possible, including the summoner's name. If you are unsure which categories to select for the ticket, I believe you can select "I have a question about League of Legends/Riot Games > Game and Features > General Questions" and it will be directed to the correct department.

They will look into it, but they won't tell you if any disciplinary action will take place. Also, something to keep in mind is that Riot generally does punishments for boosting in waves. So if the player is being boosted, they likely won't get banned right away, but during the next ban wave.

most boosting services only boost to gold, so, i dont see why it should bother you, this kids going to feed back to bronze after his boost is finished.

That screenshot physically hurts my eyes. A Bard ap carry? What is this sorcery?
