Currently im in silver 2 and have been stuck in it for months, I just can't get out of it, i always get to my promo's then lose cause someone feeds, i honestly almost never have a bad score, i do relatively well every single game, but i just can't carry cause usually if im fed my team has fed someone on there team more then im fed so in theory i can't carry unless i out play them really well, anyone know a good champion that if fed could easily get you out of silver-bronze?

Honestly I find the best way to pick a champion is to pick one not by 'gg this champ op' but by 'this is what fits the team comp'. I played Janna support a couple games ago because my Ashe adc was against a Vayne/Morg and she said she wasn't a good adc. Now I'm not a great Janna, but up against a heavy engage comp like Morg supp with a Lulu mid, that's what my team needed. We definitely won botlane both in kills and farm, and in teamfights it didn't matter that we were all half dead I built what my team needed (locket + crucible) and I chose a champion my team needed. I can't say 1/8/33 is a particularly good score, but KDA doesn't matter when you win the game.

It's nice to have a champion you can play well and not feed in every role, but it's even better if you go into champ select and not automatically say 'mid plz'. Instead just wait it out see what other people are calling and picking, go where you're needed, and play a champion that synergizes with your team (and screws the other team over).

If you can't get out of Silver 2 don't limit yourself to 3 champions, make sure you're adequate with a couple in every archetype and pick based on what helps the team.

Obviously you can look to the OP picks, Yas, Fizz, Braum, Morg, Jax, Yi, Blitz, Leona, Maokai, Akali are all banned a lot in Bronze/Silver, and they're banned because they do really well in those tiers, but when it's not you playing bad that's the problem, it's more than likely the team-comp that's letting you down.

For top I'd suggest a late game carry fighter. Irelia and Jax would be good ones to go for - they have decently strong lanes and have amazing late games and are capable of assassinating important targets, especially fed Marksmen.

For mid I'd suggest Ahri or Syndra. They have strong early/mid games and both can delete targets late game if given enough AP. They're also have pretty safe wave clear which is a pretty powerful tool expected of mid mages.

For jungle I'd suggest Amumu or Nocturne. Amumu has a great win rate, which is mostly due to the power in his ultimate. Play for late with him and you'll win more oft than not. Nocturne has a really fast clear and good buffs, and can stack FF effectively while still building tanky enough to initiate well. His AoE CC is non-existent, so you have to learn to apply pressure in other ways, though.

For ADC I'd suggest Lucian or Tristana. They're both safe, but Lucian has a powerful early/mid game with a good end-game while Tristana as a good early game with a powerful mid/late. Choose according to your opponents.

For support, I'd suggest Leona or Nami. Leona is great at being aggressive but can still play well while being defensive. Nami is great at being defensive and pokey while still having the CC and damage to be aggressive. If they pick Leona, Nami is good against her. If they pick Nami - maybe try someone like Sona.

However, the easiest way to get out of low ELO is by specializing. If you enjoy playing a champion and can figure out how they fit in the meta and when you're good to play them in a match that's really the best way to reliably win games, but picking up additional champions to flesh out your roster is always recommended.

Good luck. :)
