It seems that people need reminding of this.

Being passive aggressive and throwing underhanded insults at people (ie. RIOT) is not an effective way to bring about change.

Nobody likes being insulted, when you insult someone you put them into a situation where they either have to address the aggression or ignore you. They are much less likely to care what you have to say to them, because you are already presenting yourself as aggressive, angry, and unreasonable.

I personally agree with a lot of these topics, Morde is in a terrible state, toxic gameplay is a big problem, etc... but it is important to keep in mind that we must present our ideas reasonably if we want RIOT to respond to them.

If they insult and hurt by spanking us across the face, multiple times in fact, do you not think people would be mad about that?

Don't take others for fools then come around to either play innocent or demand respect when shiet goes down. It's a 2 way street after all.

That's hardly a slap in the face. You're taking this game too personally. RIOT isn't thinking, "What can we do next to piss SEKAI (or any other player for that matter) off?" when they go to decide how to balance things. They are trying to balance the game the best they can.

If they make mistakes it is up to us to kindly show them how, so that they can fix them. KINDLY because they don't want to talk to us or listen when we are nasty about it.

You know, those are adults we're talking about there in Riot, they are not children in primary schools.

When they deliver shiet, we call it out. Simple.

I am not saying that we should shout at them 24/7 because that would be silly, but as an adult one should be able to ignore the ragers that every community will ultimately have and search for meaningful criticisms and learn from there.

Given the hundreds and thousands logical threads that have been made ever since the dawn of this game, how much has Riot actually evolved in terms of their game balance? The answer is none.

Do you not think people's sometimes overreaction can be justified in certain scenarios such as Riot intentionally ignoring some glaring problems of the game for years on end?

If they need every customers on their knees and beg for them to make a change, then sorry, they shouldn't be in business at all.

RIOT not addressing problems is definitely frustrating, I'm not disputing that. I'm also not saying that RIOT is excused completely for ignoring us just because of some ragers.

The point I was trying to make is this: We ought to strive for reasonable posts, and not up-vote rage-fests, if we want RIOT to take the forums more seriously. Players have a right to be upset, but nobody deserves to be on the receiving end of abuse, rage or venting.
