Who do/don't you want to get the Victorious Skin?

I heard that it is going to an adc but have seen no solid proof. That being said here are my picks.

to receive the skin. She has been a very powerful pick and I cannot remember the last time she got a skin. She is also adorable after her VU and I love cute stuff.

to not receive the skin. I cannot think of a more boring champion in the game and it would just end up being a skin I would never use.

If it is not for an adc...

to receive the skin. I would be so damn happy.

to not receive it. The skin would just be an excuse for me to play him and lose horribly.
