Can we do something with Shaco, Riot?

By that I mean he needs a visual update almost as bad as Taric does.(almost)

2 of his skins are just recolors. One is a seasonal skin. The other(mad hatter) is basically a recolor with a new hat.

The only thing changed in any of the skins is his dance on the masked Shaco.

Twisted Fate shares the same issue but at least on his underworld skin he gets a SFX. Shaco gets no recall animation. No SFX. No VO. Nothing.

If you ask me the omega squad skin fit Shaco more than Teemo. Can we give the guy SOMETHING better than the low quality things he has?

NO i'm not asking for a full rework I already know how Riot handles those..
