[Dumb Ideas] Comments and Votes

Some people don't have the time to look at a post, that is understandable, but if you look at it, shouldn't you at least up/down vote or comment? Some things on LoL don't really get thought much into unless it is really liked. Most won't even be viewed without a picture next to it. People will more than likely look at a [Champion Concept] because there is a picture next to it. People will read a Riot post because its a Riot post. But some things said by random people should be either commented on or up/down voted. They didn't post the thread to take up space.
