Can we center the champion splashes?

Can the champion splashes in the draft mode be centered better? Some splash arts like Fizz and Elise just don't look right in the bubble.

I think there's supposed to be centered versions of splashes being developed, there's a Swain one somewhere in the code on PBE according to the wiki.
