Honestly, lets just fix this problem. Charge money per ranked game. Maybe the morons who want to fuck around and ruin it for everyone else wont pay money for that.
Its not just that they ruin ONE game. They cause players to feel defeated and spiral down. They really mess up the game.
As well it seems less likely that other people are the problem. You are dying at times 15 times in a 25 min games. That is inexcusable. You need to learn how to play safe, When you average 4-6 deaths per-game no mater the length then you can question if it is mainly your teammates.

if you get thrown off by a troll STOP PLAYING RANKED, you're not only hurting your own mmr but your teammates as well. Play a couple normals till you get your mojo back, take a break from league all together do anything but play another ranked game. While i can understand your frustration with trolls the best way to deal with them is to ignore them, and if they're bothering you in chat it's fine to mute them before they can say anything more. Just make sure to report them after game, that way if their behavior continues they will eventually get banned for their actions.
You know full well that riot is not going to charge money to play ranked games.
