If the Adc and Support start arguing

Well, What should you do if they try to involve other players? Even worse, One gives up and is about to go afk or troll?

When the support and adc are done with each other is essentially the end of the game for your team.

The ADC is usually bad, the support is usually playing blitzcrank.

Solution: ADC gets a 24-game chat restriction and is required to read the art of war cover to cover before playing botlane any more. Support stops trying to play support and just goes mid instead.

This is deducted from my experiences attempting to play support in ranked.
