An entire day of game breaking issues, and only 18 minutes ago do logins get disabled. I'd say I'm surprised, but that'd be a lie.

LaN servers are always an option and also like a 50ms Ping if your east of colorado

Punctual as usual. A whiner who pretends to understand the problem solving process of technical issues. Clearly if the server has "game breaking issues" at the moment, why the hell were you on it for an entire day? Also, sometimes solving issues requires observance of the issues in order to better understand the root of its cause.

And who's to say that they weren't working on it for the entire day until they found a solution? It seems logical to continue to observe the issue and pin point its root cause before shutting down the servers.

Well actually, I wasn't on the servers for today, I intentionally avoided them until they got that shit figured out. Of course, you wouldn't know that I knew that because when I posted about it on the boards, the FUCKING BEST MODERATORS ON THE ENTIRE INTERWEBS proceeded to delete every thread I made about it to raise awareness, despite me adhering to the board guidelines. I proceeded to be banned for a day. Needless to say that was just insult to injury on the fact that my ranked game was ruined (despite my team SOMEHOW winning with me being completely fucking worthless).

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that if the boards get flooded with "RIOT, THIS IS THE MOST BROKEN YOUR GAME HAS EVER BEEN!!!", you shut that shit down and figure out what the problem is.

Ok and what exactly does you "raising awareness" do for the problem? And you didn't address the point I made about observation at all which means you only read what you want to read. Which also means you are clearly just flaming Riot and not "raising awareness" as you so claim. So just stop. Seriously.
