Leaverbuster screwing alot of people over (Needs changes)

So just reading through the boards for a bit, I noticed alot of the same issue, leaverbuster suspending accounts due to dcing. Now this is an issue you guys are fully aware of and posted up in the Help & Support section (You even stickied it) but have made no attempts at fixing leaverbuster to address the situation. If I player dcs, but reconnects and finishes the game (Plays for at least 10 minutes after reconnecting) YOU SHOULD NOT BE PUNISHED. Your player base should not be getting shafted because of an issue on your end. Getting suspended because you dc from a ranked game, cant reconnect, reconnect 10 minutes later, make an effort to play the game out, and STILL GET BANNED? this is not acceptable

The fact of the matter is that you're forgetting the important part. That leave that caused you to get banned, it wasn't your first leave. It was the last one that broke the camel's back, so to speak. You are given a set amount of leniency and you used it up. If you're queuing up after knowing you're having issues staying connected to your games, then you deserve to be punished for it. Regardless of whether or not you reconnect, your absence has already given the enemy an advantage. (Whether they capitalize upon that advantage doesn't matter.)

I would also ask that you provide a link to prove that this "problematic issue" had been posted and officially recognized the issue. It is common knowledge that if you DC, leaverbuster is going to do its job and it's going to do it more effectively when it comes to ranked games.
