Why are skins+chromas released throughout the week as opposed to as soon as the patch goes through?

Kind of hard to search for, anyone know?

You know I never quite understood it either. It's not like once a skin is release the previous skin is irrelevant, or nonexistent. But I guess they assume people will only buy one skin, and if they release it during the weeks instead of all at once they can make more money some how.
Don't know. Might be easier to find out if a skin is causing a bug/problem if they don't release it at the same time? Idk.
