Is there any reason IBG is not Melee only?

The only Ranged pick I can think of that uses it regularly is Ezreal and, frankly, I am sick of it. He has 'abused' Iceborn for at least two seasons now and he has been a safe and strong pick because of it. Because if there is one thing a mobile ranged pick needs, it is a long ranged slow on a short cooldown.

because ezreal is well-designed and fun to play against, and Riot games would never remove a fun alternate build like Blue Ezreal :)))

Because none of the other sheen items are class restricted
