AP burst?ADC?AP AA teemo?on hit teemo?
my personal fav has to be burst teemo you can kill squishy targets with ignite+Q+2-3 autos,and his W is a free lich bane activation

Been hearing that on hit Teemo is the best way to carry, but haven't figured out how without making my usual laning phases get destroyed.

Purest distilled essence of Teemo.
Enough HP to survive focus.
Enough Sustain (I run Spell Vamp Runes and Masteries) to keep healthy (1 Q and a shroom on a wave is practically full health).
Enough damage that you can't be ignored and enough CD (I actually normally swap 
in for Rylai's somewhere early in the build for more CDR and Resist) that your shrooms will be up and your Q's constant.
You cannot be instantly killed, enraging the enemy. Your damage isn't obscene, but it's high enough that you are a threat, which enrages the enemy. You will regularly 'secure' kills, which enrages your teammates (if they're bad players and fail to understand any kill is a good kill).
It is a Teemo that annoys everyone around them, as any Teemo should.
