Are key fragments still going out?

I've had a chest for 7 days now, and I don't even have one key fragment. Just got another chest, but still have no key fragments. >.>

Are keys still being given out?

Key fragments get rarer as you obtain them. It resets to its default drop value every month or two from when you got your first key.

Every 30 days after the first time you opened a chest, I think.

not after the first chest, key fragments are separate from that.

Just got one this weekend. And the one before that. YET I NEVER SEEM TO BE ABLE TO GET A CHEST WHY RIO- (plays eve. Gets S- and chest) oh. Thanks riot.
