Someone explain to me this logic

So I dced in a ranked game (I already know and accepted the fact thats on me so dont even post about it) I come back and try to play as hard as I can and get back into it and after the game I get placed into a 20 minute lower priority que. The mundo on my team does nothing but feed and blame everyone else, then just sits on the fountain walking around for 10 minutes and has nothing done to him. Why am I being punished for trying to fix my mistake while another player can do the exact opposite and not have any form of punishment at all

Someone please explain this lack of logic

First, you weren't punished for trying to fix your mistake, you were punished for leaving. What happened after you came back has nothing to do with your punishment.If he was just running in circles at the fountain then he was most likely flagged by leaverbuster just as you were. You don't have to be completely disconnected for it to detect your non participation. There is no way to see if he was punished for it because there's no way to see if someone has a low priority queue. And just like yours wasn't for 1 leave, his wouldn't either. That could have been a rare occurrence for him where it is clearly a much more common thing for you.

The game has absolutely zero, null, no way whatsoever to determine the nature and cause of any disconnect.

The only fair way is to punish them all. If you don't regularly disconnect nothing permanent will happen.

i would have reported both of you and moved on..

if you rage quit in a ranked.. maybe you shouldnt be doing ranked while tilted and start doing normals till you feel better or decide tonight isnt the night to keep pushing.
