I think riot hates Pantheon

I think pantheon diserves a little better late game. He falls off sooooo hard, he is no tank of any kind, but you if you don't build him tanky he cant survive a second lategame, his abilities are so strong early on but become extremely weak lategame, he still has a stun and autocrit on under 15% hp enemies but as an ex- pantheon main, i wish to see him buffed, maybe his q and e should scale better with his attack dmg, or something else that would allow him to be a little more competitive lategame.
