Riot, please stop penalizing me for dodging.

I only do it once ever couple of months and I'm tired of the 15 minute waits it brings. It was fair for after 5 times of doing it in two months to give a 5 minute wait but to make me wait 15 minutes is just a sad way for me to not play with trolls.

For those of you who say, "it will give trolls more reason to troll" I say it keeps them out of many more games. If they just dodge and leave, no problem really. The only place that really has it is Team Builder and I believe that no one can troll the leave button. They can only troll the games.

Its different if you leave a game but if you leave before it even starts, what's the harm? It shouldn't lower your Elo, or LP, and it means better games.

I have no ideas for actual in game trolls, cheaters, or such but I do know that this is fixable.

I mean, what would you rather 20+ minutes wasted due to a troll or 15 minutes waiting time.

No I agree with this guy. I think its bs I have a 30 minute wait for dodging a guy who openly says he's gonna troll because he got mad at someone else. I think you need to be able to dodge when its going to help you. Hell riot your a company wanna make some money? Make a way to buy dodges or something I don't really care, but I get so many games where people either troll in champ select or literally ban NO ONE, 0 bans are think its funny and there is literally nothing any of us can do about except "Report at the end" Which never even works unless it's for an AFK. And why do I care if this guy even get banned for a week or two? All in all I still lost LP and really didn't enjoy the game. If you guys reworked the pre game lobby I think the game would be much more enjoyable or at least bearable. when I lose a game to someone we knew was going to troll in champ select, then load into another game with another person like that, it really makes me just want to find another game to play with my friends where we have more control over who we are matched with. For anyone that agues getting into a game would take to long take a look at Xbox live or PS4 games or anything else. People join and leave all the time and the game flow still works for everyone there. My solution to the problem would be almost like a surrender vote at 20 only for the pre lobby. Enough people think someone is trolling then they vote to abandon lobby. You would need to create a way where everyone can report the troll IN THAT LOBBY so he can get immediate punishment like last pick for 5 games or something of the sort. You'd also need a way to make duo ques keep the whole team down for the vote. Example: Two friends join and just troll together and both vote against the surrender to keep themselves in. I think that happens more rarely but still a possibility. If riot actually reads this that alone would make me pretty happy. One can only dream.
