Taric's rework status?

First, I want to ask how his new look is going? Not to be (too) harsh, but this splash is outdated and (compared to others) is not befitting a champion like Taric. Even Tristana got a new splash before her new splash.
Will it be as big of a change as Sion? I would really like that.
His kit is not that bad for a support. Will you take away or make things harder for Taric, like you did to Soraka?
I like the heal, will it be changed into some other kind of heal? Will it heal him like it does now? Will it still heal both him and the ally?
Taric's W is what makes him, him. Will it be changed? Will it be enhanced? Will the passive stay? If not, is there compensation? What will it do now? If so, will it stay the same? Will his passive for armor be enhanced?
Taric's stun is something I'd miss on Taric. Though it seems like its easily changeable. Will Taric's E not stun? What will it do now? If it still is a stun, will it be a skill shot? Will it still be point and click? What will it do now?
Taric's R is his game changer. Will it be changed like Sion's R? Will it still give AD buffs? Will it also give AP buffs? Does it still allow Taric to get the buffs? Does it deal initiation damage?
Will Taric keep his passive? Will it be changed? Will it be enhanced? Will he still keep the bonus damage? Will he keep the cool down reduction? Will the cool down reduction be reduced if it stays? What will the new passive be, if it changes?
Will he gain a new voice? Will it be a new voice like the rest have received?
Will Taric have his secondary (finally) changed to Tank? Or will his kit be made more for a Fighter?
Will Taric have any relations with certain champions? Where will Taric come from, in Runeterra? Can we have any insights on his Lore in a sentence?
These are all questions from a Taric main.
I also want to put that I chose to play Taric out of chance one day. He was the only support I found fun, and that was compared to a OP Soraka that can heal mana. I played him so much, I eventually won games with little effort. Seeing this, I'm excited, because now I can relearn one of my favorite champions all over again, only with a better look, new lore, and new kit.
