Although we get some pretty cool prizes, I'm disappointed in this Pool Party rewards system.

5 points for every Team-Up. 10 points for every Gift. 20 Points for every Gift after game.

5 million points for 1st gift. 15 million points for 2nd gift. 25 million points for 3rd gift. 35 million points for 4th gift. 45 million points for 5th gift. 55 million points for 6th gift.

Ok, so, I understand that these things must be earned, but after seeing that on the first day we didn't even get 5 million points, I knew we were not and are not even going to get to prize 3. And there are good reasons why.

  1. 5 points per match up is nice. Understandable. But 10 points for gifting is stupid. Why isn't it also 20 points?
  2. The second gift, and beyond are too difficult to reach. Just getting 5 points (after a won game) is hard. So, for everyone to get 5 million, that's 1 million won games, then to get to the next, that's 10 million won games.

You could had put it as:

5 million points - 1st gift 10 million points - 2nd gift 15 million points - 3rd gift 20 million points - 4th gift 25 million points - 5th gift 30 million points - 6th gift

And they still wouldn't had made it to gift 4.

Even if you had put it at 10 points for ever won match up, that's still 500,000 games needed. Also, why if you lose can you not contribute? Why not still give 5 points from the matched up team, if they lost?

Sure, we might had made it to gift 3 easier if it was 10 points for a win, 5 for a loss, and 20 for any gifts; but its not like we would had still made it to number 6 anytime soon. This is one of those things I wish we had a little more time on. We barely made it to the 2nd gift, can we please have another week at this?

The fact that it didn't hit on the weekend is the biggest frustration for me as us working stiffs don't really have an opportunity to participate as much.

A reason I'm guessing it's also slow is because I know everyone on my friends list doesn't care at all about this, since they find the rewards useless. Not one of them have played with a 5-man premade in the past few days. Half the people there didn't even realize it was happening since they typically disregard the home image, especially since "Team Up and Pool Party now!" doesn't give any indication of rewards.

Even if they did care, since this is a "team" thing overall, it's not like one person is going to impact it much at all. And then when you have everyone thinking that way.. suddenly there's not many people playing it.

I don't care for the rewards either, there's no IP win boosts or something that players get, so I'm not bothered. Don't buy skins, don't care for icons, and things like pool party minions.. I don't see why I'd want to play differently for that.

Prize 3 will be easy. We'll probably hit 4 over the weekend too.

Honestly it's not the end of the world if we don't all get a free skin. It's nice that it was even on the table to begin with but you people act like you're having something taken away from you... it's just silly.

It would be a lot easier if each member of the premade earned 5. From what i understand, the premade as a whole gets 5 points per game. That would mean 1 million people winning one game each only get 200,000 points
