I want to know how long it takes for a new champion to be created. Assuming there is a developer's team working on it non stop, how many days would it take for a new champion to be fully developed and ready for play?

there used to be that crazy period when RIOT spammed new champs in a 2 week cycle...thats fortunately over! now its about 4-6/year, which is a nice pace IMO
that's just release schedule though. Some champs have been in development for years, concept-wise etc. i dont think there is a one-fits-all cookie form to determine the creative process...
It varies dramatically. Gnar, Azir, Kalista, and Rek'sai were released month by month one after another, whereas Gnar was released 3 months after Braum, and Bard was released about 5 months after Rek'sai. Additionally Ao Shin has been delayed by something like 3 years from when he was initially talked about.
