Rito Support is complete trash.
So basically my friend has been having issues with getting to the loading screen recently, so we contacted Player Support. We got an answer (from a Co-op vs AI Intro Bot) to attach our logs and DirectX crap. My friend answers the ticket with the files that were requested from this Bot. No answer, status says "Solved". I'm sorry Riot, but this is no way to treat your customers. Step it up or else you will see a decline in your customers.

Does your downvote mean... -Rito always answers my questions and IDK what you are talking about -I disagree with what you said in your post -I don't like the color of the socks you are wearing, OP, so I am going to downvote you Or -I just feel like downvoting thinking that my feedback is very constructive to the OP.
I'm serious about this. It sucks that my friend can't play League because his game doesn't work after champion select and I really want him back. Take my post seriously or leave. If you don't care, then don't troll post or troll vote just go away, or give constructive feedback on... A) how to fix DirectX error (something w/ video card) B) My post and what is wrong with it or C) comments about Riot Player Support
