[Dumb Ideas] Polls for Champion Concepts

I've noticed the LoL community has lots of ideas on what they want to be added to the LoL universe. Mainly Champions. But you guys obviously don't have the time to look at them all. Why not instead put a poll for Champion Concepts, separate from the Boards or in its own section? This poll will have every champion concept made so far. The way it works is we allow you (the people) to vote on the ones you like and don't like. The ones at the top will be the top 5 for one month. Which you guys will then put into a file allowing others to try for the top spot. When you feel like it, which should be about 4 months after, disable the Poll for 2 weeks to put back the top 20 for a final Poll on which Champion Concept would fit not only best in the game but also in the Runeterra world.
