The Ranked Bans
Have the bans for reported players taken effect yet? Where they have to play normals? I keep seeing the same people who constantly throw games hanging around.

Uh, throwing games constantly is acceptable (unless you have some other definition of throwing).
Telling people that they are constantly throwing is more likely to earn you a chat/ranked ban.
