Next Champion is Raa'tul

Not sure why they named him that, since he's a Darken, but hey New Champion. This one will be an ADC and shares some stuff with Varus.

InvalidGuest has already found this image and it is clear, that with all the stuff happening, Raa will be coming this month. Makes more sense if he's the one laughing at deaths and in the water than GP.
