tell me if that is fair please

So is it right, is it fair? That ap malphite can kick ap ryze ass in 1 v1 and generally outdmg him???

I mean ryze isn't they highest dps mage in the game anyways but how can a malphite beat him?

I was playing ryze top vrs malphite. Mr glyphs, armor seals, ap quints. And i think i had magic pen marks.

I had MORE cs, i had better items and the enemy malphite beat me in a 1v1 while constantly outdmging me. Needless to say although he build ap, he was still tanky af.

Is this something that should be happening???
