every1 says hes one of those op champs up there with yasuo and ekko

Because of the glaring issues with his kit rework (His Q is all of his damage, and unless the enemy stands in it he has pretty much nothing else for ten seconds) they fixed it by giving him ridiculous numbers to compensate. There was a reason he had the lowest win rate in the game after the initial rework before they beefed up his numbers :P
he was bad -> op -> and now hes ok again. in some matchups he wrecks in some hes just completly useless
He used to be op. Now he's just playable, and easy to beat on damn near any other champion, but people who get killed by him call him op because they are bad.
