Are we going to see a Traditonal Assassin champion any time soon? Its been 4 years

The last "Assassin" we had was Ekko but he ended up being a tank dive fighter thing. So that means you have to go back 2 more years, all the way to Zed.

Could we expect a true assassin any time soon? Because 4 years is quite awhile (more then a traditional mage)

I think Ekko was riot's attempt at making a healthy assassin that didnt click you and kill you. Ap fulfills this where he actually has to set up kills, unless his target is alone.

Then he turned into tankko.

I think if Riot released a traditional assasin like Talon or Rengar, people would complain cus its "cancer"
