Smurf Boosting

So... I saw a thread about someone being banned for boosting (despite an increase of only one low tier during the supposed boosting, and little evidence).

So then, why aren't people punished for the much easier to identify offense of being diamond and creating a smurf specifically to break the rules?

There's a rule in place that you cannot duo queue with someone two tiers above you in order to keep the game _balanced _ for everyone. Yet, people are not being punished for creating accounts in order to boost friends despite the fact it's unfair to the opponents.

If they're so willing to pretend they have 100% certainty that someone is boosting when they're not, why the hell is it that they don't crack down on the people breaking their other rules?

I dont pretend to be like a rioter on the subject, but ive seen before that they dont have an issue with people making smurfs to play with friends... that being said there are probably other factors that they look at with regards to an actual boosting offense perhaps ip change when the rapid increase began etc

I'm just tired of smurf accounts. I was TahmKench in a ARAM match & I've never seen a MissFortune Go AP, i's so unfair it makes me think he was diamond player to even pull that off. It 's like these diamond player experiment constantly on their smurfs, but yea this has to stop.
