What did I do?

I just don't know what I did to deserve being fucking trolled by Riot repeatedly.

It's not enough that every single queue of mine is well over 20 minutes if I don't pick support (AND I'M SILVER, NOT DIAMOND), no, I have to be forced to support for absolutely braindead ADCs who literally don't know how to lane or build their champ -- not only that, but the rest of my team is just as incapable, and feeds to no end, so that there's literally nothing I can do to win.

Since I'm forced into support every game, I can't really carry a game alone, and there just really isn't much I can do. Sure, I could wait an hour and actually get into a game as something other than support, but no matter how well I do, I still lose -- but it's my fault that I do lose, yep.
