Revert Shen's tanky Stats!!!
he goes down to quickly man and his passive and ult can't do anything to save him :/
infact don't just revert, but buff his armor just a little like 27 if not 28.

I don't think he needs to be buffed. I've seen him start to exploit that HP scaling on his moves to great effect and it makes him nigh unkillable.
