Could we do some touch up son PF Ezreal, and SG Udyr?

They're not even close to on par with that of DJ Sona. Pulse FIre ezreal would barely even be considered a legendary skin nowadays. SG Udyr could just use some touch ups (LIke make all his abilitys evolved when level 18). And just add some things, considering there ridiculously expensive all though pretty freaking cool. Shouldn't be to much of a task to bring them on par with Dj Sona, considering they get like 75% of the features or less already.

Pricing has less to do with what the skin provides than with how much work it was to make. Since both Ezreal and Udyr's ultimate skins have extensive model, animation, particle, and voice-over work, they're priced as legendary. (Although several legendary skins have processed voices, only ultimate ones feature more than one new quote.)

P.S. Udyr's model actually does change at level 5 of an ability; his Turtle form turns him green and scaly, his Bear claws get bigger and more solid, his Tiger claws get larger and grow up his arms, and his phoenix form gives him a fiery aura. All of the stances also change his hairstyle at level 5.

No they don't.... Only 3 of them are evolved once your maxed (Lvl 18) Not all of them. And no they're not priced as legendary they're priced at Ultimate, which to when compared to that of DJ Sona is significantly less, PF Ezreal right now would only be a slightly better version of the legendary skins.

Why would the last one upgrade visually when you haven't upgraded it points-wise? Sorry, I mixed up the words. They are ultimate. But about PF Ez.

Let's compare it to Final Boss Veigar, a great example of a legendary skin.

MODEL FBV: New model for Veigar. New animations for his staff, eyes, and cape. PFEz: Four new models for Ez.

PARTICLES FBV: New particles for his abilities, joke, auto, recall, spawn, death, and Q kill. PFEz: New particles for Ez, abilities, auto, recall, joke, taunt, dance, kill, ult level up.

ANIMATIONS FBV: New animations for abilities, auto, joke, recall, death, spawn, walk, capture, and idle. PFEz: New animations for abilities, auto, joke, recall, walk, capture, two new 'fly' animations for walking.

SOUNDS FBV: New sounds for abilities, auto, recall, death, respawn, Q kill. New voice-over, several new quotes. PFEz: New sounds for abiliies, auto, recall, joke, taunt, ability level up, match beginning. New voice-over for Ez, new voice-over for his suit; many new quotes.

OTHER PFEz: Banner, summoner, in-game portrait

Although legendary skins provide a lot, PFEz definitely provides significantly more.
