So i took a break from the game, and after a week i am back, first game, i am second pick, this guy who is fourth pick says im top,

The enemy picks an olaf, so i pick heimerdinger and I SAY in chat ' im top'

No reply, fourth pick dude locks in morde with teleport, and he claims i didn't call top, even tho i had.

I tell him to scroll up and see it, he sais i didn't call.....

I tell him to pick heal or exhaust cause he will have to suport, he doesn't.

Game starts he comes top with me...

After our adc dies lux who is our mid goes bot as sup, and morde leaves and goes mid where his 1-4 ( fed enemy lb)

We lose the game and you know what is the funny thing, i got reported by caitlyn because even tho i wslas second pick and called top, she sais i shoulda gone sup with HEIMER ! While noone says anything about morde who was fourth pick and autolocked top even tho i had called it..

This community is r%%%%%ed, i might just take a perma break, i can handle trolls its just too much, blaming others for their poor performance and reporting me who was right and not the troll...

Why didn't you ask the guy who called top, if it was ok for you to go top? Sure you have the pick order on your side, but there is no reason to be non-diplomatic about it. A little communication goes a LOOOOONG way.

Why do people call week-long absences 'breaks from the game'.

Aren't you the same one who thought the "league is love, league is life" was a legitimate post?

-- on another note, you seem to have some kind of valid point. This kind of thing happens quite often. You'll be happy to hear that the tribunal isn't a thing at the moment and you shouldn't be worried about bans and such hince they are the ones making the decisions off reporting (as long as its not griefing or harassing). Just shake it off and realize that the community isn't THAT great. You should be fine.

Here's the order of priority supported by Riot to determine who gets which role, from highest priority to lowest:

  1. Communication - speaking with your team about what you each want to play is the best option, as it helps cement team cohesion early on, and creates a more positive environment, which leads to greater team morale.
  2. Pick Order - if communication is impossible, pick order is the default. Having a method that's unaffected by lag or loading delays helps ensure that all players can at least be on the same page.
  3. Call Order - if Pick Order cannot be determined (blind pick, for example), call order is an alternative. It is the lowest priority because it is the most dependent on external factors, and so is the most likely to lead to arguments.

By Pick Order (2), you were right - as the higher pick, you choose the lane you want to play.

Your failing, here, was in Communication (1) - you had the opportunity to attempt to discuss things with your team, perhaps reaching a compromise, but elected not to do so.

The typical consequences of failure of communication are evident - a divisive team, a negative environment, and lower morale.

I feel the Lux deserves a special mention for attempting to help mitigate the issue - solid team-play, there.
