Where do you get that skin? I've always liked it, since it kind of reminds me of Castlevania, and it's my favorite Vlad skin, outside of Soul Stealer.
Not in the store, so I donno where you find it. D:

If it's not in the store, it's probably legacy.
It's legacy, you have to wait for the legacy vault to open or get it from a chest.
