Allow us to disenchant owned skins with the hextec crafting system

Hey I've bought many skins over the years and some are pretty boring/unwanted now. Allow us to destroy these skins that we owned in the hextech system, same way we do with other skin shards etc.

What so you guys think? Do you think we should be able to destroy/disenchant skins we don't want anymore ? Or skins are forever.
