There are so many preseason changes but I am still waiting for one more

Can ARAM finally use the entire champion pool rather than just what you own? Please? Just to clarify I don't want this because I want access to all champions. I only lack about 15 champions. I just want the game mode to be truly random... well... as 'random' as computer random can be.

It will finally be All Random All Mid and not Only Random From Champions You Own All Mid.
