Does Riot hire people to throw promotions?...

I'm honestly thinking this is true.....statistically in my experience it's just too bizarre not to think it. In silver 3 I won 4 straight games to get to promotion, upon getting to promotion I get AFK's from the start to finish in both games and lose promotion. I get back to promotion, get my free win, and DESPITE an AFK.....we were able to carry as a team and win.

From there....I win 3 games, lose 1 and win 2 more to get to Silver 2 promos. First game, AFK as usual and we lose. Like....I don't get AFK's in norms, I don't get them in any ranked games aside from promotions. It's like Riot wants you to lose promotions just to spend more time grinding back to them. Anyone else experience this? I coined the term Riot's Law ( better than Murphys law ) with my friends, as they have also experienced this.
