Played a Kassadin vs Le Blanc mid

I, right away, got because... I don't want to be insta-killed by her oppressive power so with this and my passive, I was safe, right?

Wrong, she repeatedly kept dealing tons of damage on me. I couldn't lane at all.

She made fun of me all game, saying I was just feeding, and (I quote) said, "everyone with 0/4, put your hands up". I know that Kassadin doesn't have any power at all, but I was hoping while getting my build, I would survive for a while.

The thing is, though, she said "Kassadin counters Le Blanc".

Does (or can) Kassadin (still) counter Leblanc?

If he can, please leave some tips in the comments section for future games, please.

Why would you rush it at all? The upgrade itself only gives you tenacity and ms. Should have bought RoA into abyssal , if you were so worried about her damage. There is no reason at all to die to her, except if you weren't using your Q in lane and no MR runes

I think it's sad though. His Q could cost 60/70/80/90/100 mana, deal the same damage but give Kassadin a shield equal to same amount as the damage (the AP ratio as well) and the shield can now deflect even basic attacks and AD abilities.

His W could refund the 4/5/6/7/8% of his mana rather than what's missing. Against champions would be the same.

His E should just cost 80/90/100/110/120 mana, and not need to have a 6 abilities used to activate unless it has a passive to compensate. The passive will give Kassadin 5/10/15/20/25% tenacity.

I'm not doing anything but giving Kassadin more easy play.

If he could survive better. When Riot changed Kassadin, at first he wasn't even playable. Now, people are beginning to understand him, but they have to be lucky not to face a pro. A pro Kassadin will right now lose to a pro Katarina.

Q will now hurt Kassadin if he goes AP.

W will now be more efficient.

E will cost more, but it will be there for Kassadin to use if needed. Or he will have tenacity to help him escape better.

These things will not kill the opponent but allow Kassadin to survive better.

(PS: Kassadin being able to come out and do his E will cost him less mana in the long run.)
