My Shop complaint from someone who would've spent money
I'm not going to whine that I didn't get any "good" options for skins. That's not exactly the issue.
The problem is in how the system decides which skins it offers. It intentionally picks skins for champions they know you play a lot. However, it ignores the fact that many people who play a certain champion a lot will have already purchased the skin(s) they like for that champion.
As such, despite the fact I own 4 Poppy skins including Star Guardian and Battle Regalia, it offered me Blacksmith. And though I own 5 Ezreal skins including both Pulsefire and Arcade, it offered Debonair.
In fact, I already own skins for all but one of the champions it offered me skins for. I have 3 Blitzcrank skins where it offered iBlitz, Champ Thresh where it offered Blood Moon, and Enchanted Galio where it offered Hextech.
I would very much like to spend money during a personal sale, but it hurts business to allow it to offer me the worst of a champion's skins just because I already own their best. I would've been a paying customer, but the system itself is screwing over their potential to rake in additional profits. A little more time should be put in so the system can register whether or not you already own a more expensive skin for the champion before it selects that champion for the sale. Then it can move on to your next-most-played champions. They'll make more money and we'll be able to get cool skins for champions we play just a little less than the ones we'd already forked out full price for skins for.
Note: In case you're wondering, the sixth option for me was Blood Moon Jhin, but I'm planning on paying full price for High Noon since I like that skin a lot more.
