PSA: If you're internet is bad today...
...DON'T GET ON LEAGUE. ESPECIALLY DON'T GO IN RANKED. How exactly is this a hard concept?

What if my internet is fine and the issue is the person in China playing on the NA server creating lag in that game..... and i freeze from it.... should i not play??

I do get what you are saying but some other things to keep in mind are....

People have been experiencing sever connection issues now and then from Riot's side. (Though this isn't really any one persons fault it just happens)

Internet might just be bad out of no where i.e. a short in the internet cable causing internet to crash unexpectedly and randomly every now and then and then work great for the rest of the day (I have this issue once every few days, Trust me its extremely frustrating seeing I don't even have access to said cable)

Lastly we are mortal beings who have yet to master the ways of the interwebs and not everyone has the money for the best service available. Crap happens deal with it. I know its frustrating as hell losing because someone dc'd but that doesn't mean you should tell them not to play due to it. Just report for AFK if you must and move on.
