Can we get the FUCKING tribunal back?

Holy crap, I'm getting tired of trolls, Jesus christ these people are the scum of the earth, there entire point in life is to make other people feel miserable, and they're just roaming around in league happy as ever! If we had the fucking tribunal back already we might be rid of most of these people.

Last game I played Hecarim Jungle, and I made a mistake top lane going to aggressive on the laner and died. For the rest of that game the Top laner and the Mid laner flamed the shit out of me (They were Duo Queue), calling me horrible (Even the Mid, said she was gonna troll just so i would lose), etc. I muted them after that, but i could tell in all chat they were just telling the other team to report me, and calling me a troll etc. After the game (We actually won thx to our Doublelift Vayne) I got this little message saying I'd gotten several reports and a warning. This is bullshit me getting warned because some fucking trolls, can do whatever the hell they want because theres no dam tribunal to get rid of these people.
