When is the best time of day/week to play in promos?

Speaking relatively, of course.

Played some games this weekend. Went 1/1. First game was one of those "clueless" trolls that said things like "well I've never played Teemo before but I'll try my best" (legit quote).

The second game we smashed the opposition but I realized that's only because the other team had worse trolls, and our guys made bad plays but less.

Since this third promo matters, I'd like to play at a time when most people playing aren't emotionally deprived sociopaths-in-training. Does anyone have consistently good results on the NA server?
