Dear Rito Games, Please help.

I've been playing since season 3, and towards the end of that season, I put in one of the requests through PVP.net to get a pbe account. The next year I did the same thing, and then I started submitting requests every few months, and now I do it every month. Still no account. I've maxed out on champions and all the good runes (to give an idea as to how much game time I have). Still no account. Rengar (the champion I have 186k mastery points on) has had several big changes in recent patches. Still no account so I can play test it and look for bugs.

With the upcoming preseason changes to assassins, I am extremely worried that I will still not receive a PBE account, even though I have a lot of time spent on many of the champions that are on the table for a rework. I want to know how much more sweat I need to generate, how many more tears I need to shed, and how many more envelopes of blood I need to mail your offices in order to get a PBE account so I can test out my beloved Pridestalker and all of the other cool stuff and give you feedback to improve overall gameplay.

P.S- I can only send about a cup of blood per envelope per day, for legal reasons.
