Riot Job Openings

Is there any possible way for me to get a job on the team that bans players at Rito? For some reason, I seem to be a magnet for players that are intentionally trying to lose, flame excessively (both allies and teammates), and in general are the echelons of the community that make players never want to queue up again. If no opening is currently available, then I would be more than happy to duo-queue with a Rito-er so they can witness exactly the kind of players that are for some reason drawn to me. It's like I'm a beacon of light, and every toxic or ill-meaning player is matched with me to snuff it out.

For real though, I'm a magnet for these types of players, and I need a way to get out of this trollish hell.
