[Client] Revert to old patch and update
First, this only ever occurs in the new client startup window, never the old launcher. When I try to launch League, the default path is the new client. Sometimes, it will give me a message that says that my client has been reverted to a previous patch and that it will update again. The problem is, my client has not reverted to a previous patch, and the system isn't detecting anything to update, so it just stalls out on the little update window and prevents me from loading league. After a few restarts it will finally not give me the error box, but it takes quite a while and is very frustrating, since the old client doesn't do stuff like that, but I can't access it without booting from the new one. It could potentially be caused by ending one instance of the client and then trying to launch another very fast.
Steps to reproduce (possibly):
- Close an already open client.
- Quickly launch the new client.
- Receive error message
I never remember to screenshot the message, but next time it happens I will ss and update this thread if needed.
